GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
All orders placed through our online shop shall be governed by the following General Terms and Conditions.
CONTRACTING PARTIES, CUSTOMER SERVICE

CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASE CONTRACT
The conclusion of the purchase contract is available in English language.
The presentation of products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalogue. You may select desired items of the products presented in our online shop by clicking the button “IN YOUR SHOPPING BAG” and add these items to the so called “shopping bag”.
Please note, when using the services of a payment service provider such as „PayPal“ you may be directed to the website of your payment service provider first before accessing our order summary page. If you are directed to your payment service provider’s website please enter the details required by your payment service provider. Afterwards you will be redirected to our online shop’s order summary page. You are free to modify and correct the details of your order, or to cancel the purchase until you click the button „CHECKOUT“. By clicking the button “CHECKOUT” you submit a legally binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement. We will send you a receipt of your order via email immediately after your submission including the details of your order. This receipt of your order does not constitute an acceptance of your offer. We may accept your offer via an email confirmation of order or by delivery of the goods within five days after your submission.
The text of these general terms and conditions will not be saved after concluding the purchase contract. You may access the current version of our general terms and conditions through our online shop. Additionally, you have the possibility to access and print out or save electronically our general terms and conditions via your internet browser before submitting your order.”
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is free on all orders inside EU.
DELIVERY TIME
We deliver orders within the EU within 4 to 6 working days.
Deliveries to rest of Europe will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days.*
*Due to the current situation and the high volume of orders, please note that your delivery may be delayed by 1 to 2 working days. We will do our best to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.
REFUND POLICY
Return conditions
All items must be returned in their original packaging.
Returning your item
If you wish to return an item, please contact a member of our Customer Service Team by email via hello@eliksan.com. Only once arranged with a member of our team may an item be returned. If damaged, we will be happy to send out a replacement once the original item has been received back to us and inspected. You must inform us within 14 days of receiving your item that you wish to return it. Upon agreement, you must then return it to us within another 14 days.

Shelf life
The shelf life of your product can be found on the bottle. Each individual bottle of CBD oil has an individual shelf life, so you must refer to yours to see it.
Replacements
If your item was damaged upon delivery, you must inform us within 7 calendar days of receipt at your address. You can use the above email address to let us know of any damages (with photos). Once sent back to us, we will inspect the item and send out a replacement if applicable.
What to do with faulty goods
If you receive a damaged item, please take photos right away. Ensure that the goods are packaged safely and securely for their journey back to us, and once agreed with our customer service, send the goods back to us for inspection.
Refunds
If a refund has been requested, upon the agreed return of an item to our warehouse, a member of our staff will inspect the item to ensure it meets the above conditions. If approved during the inspection, a refund will be issued back to you via store credit or your initial payment method if possible.
Please note:
• Return costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged.
