There are various factors to consider when determining the appropriate CBD dosage, but we will focus on two main ones. The first factor is the severity of your symptoms. We have created a three-level scale to help you determine where you fall on the spectrum. Please read through the descriptions and select the level that best matches your situation. The second one is weight, which is included in the descriptions.
Level 3: If you experience anxiety on a daily basis, feel overwhelmed frequently, and wake up multiple times during the night, you likely fall into this category. You may also struggle to communicate with others due to anxiety about their reactions.
Level 2: If you experience anxiety every other day, typically in social situations or when public speaking, and have occasional trouble sleeping, you likely fall into this category. This is the most common among our customers.
Level 1: Having a difficult time relaxing? Well, you are not alone. In today's world, we are bombarded with a constant stream of information from social media, television, school, work, and other sources. Our minds are not equipped to process all of this information on a daily basis. CBD is a great option to help ease the burden on our minds and promote relaxation.
